Nevada Lighting is pleased to announce Billy Doyle, head coach of our 14U ’09 softball team. Billy has been coaching for over 20 years and has been a strong-minded, community involved member of many different clubs and organizations in the Northern Nevada area. Billy’s motivation, attention to detail, and passion for the game are going to help drive the organization’s newest team towards immediate success.

“Success is based on hard work, mental toughness, and commitment”, says Billy. The foundation of his philosophy is that playing any sport it to put the best interest of the team first, before any thought given to individual accomplishments. No individual, coach or player, is more important that the team.

Billy will help this group develop great work ethic on and off the field.  He will also teach them to have a love for attention to detail, and get them to understand the need to be mentally tough.  A major goal for the team’s coaching staff will be to create a high ceiling to help each player get to their full potential, with the the goal to play the game at a higher level.
