Bret Pagni – President

Bret got involved with Nevada Lightning organization in 2001 when he was invited to join the Lightning Board. During that time he was instrumental in helping the Lightning organization rebuild itself on the administrative side with other board members. <read more…>

 

 

Diana Wheelen – Secretary

Diana comes to the Lightning board with over a decade of experience serving on other non-profit boards previously.  She brings strong administrative and organizational skills to the table as well.  Diana is an Executive Board member as the organizational Secretary.

Scott Wackowski – 18U 2026/2027 Wackowski/Rebell

Scott joins the board with a wealth of adminstrative experience. He has run his own team for the past five years.  Scott’s previous administrative experience that will help him contribute to the Lightning Board.  He gives good input and is a hard worker.  Scott is the board member for the 18U 2026/2027 Wackowski team.

Brandon Carlson – 14U ’12 Carlson

Brandon joins the Lightning Board with a solid coaching and administrative background.  He built his current team by recruiting all of the players and families, as he transitioned out of the rec ball level to the tournament ball level.  He brings good leadership skills and business knowledge to the board.  Brandon is the board member for the 12U ’12 Carlson team.

Dan Gallagher – 12U ’13 Gallagher

Dan joins the Lightning Board with a background in coaching and administrative experience. He has served on other boards of non-profit organizations, which will allow him to provide good input to the Nevada Lightning Board. Dan is the board member for the 10U ’13 Gallagher team.

Annie Snow – 10U ’14 Snow

Annie joins the Lightning Board with a lot of coaching and business experience. She has strong interpersonal and administrative skills. She is also a good on field coach. Annie is the board member for the 10U ’14 Snow team.

Stephanie Carlsen – 10U ’15 Snow

Stephanie joins the Lightning Board after taking over a team within the Lightning organization.  She is a high-level thinker with an outstanding coaching and administrative background.  She also has excellent interpersonal skills as well, that will assist her in being a valuable member of the Lightning Board.  Stephanie is the board member for the 10U ’15 Carlsen team.
